Performance Harley-Davidson

Like many Harley Davidson guys out on a long tour, I need service, bad. After over 5,000 miles on this ride, I desperately needed a new back tire, and I had a weird front end “wobble”. I showed up when Performance opened and asked them to please help me out. Bill and Paul knocked themselves out for me! I got both tires replaced, the front breaks redone, the steering adjusted and was back on the road in less than 4 hours, I was amazed! They came out to the lounge area and spoke to me several times, keeping me updated on the service. Really, a first rate outfit! Bill told me right at the beginning, “we will not let you go until everything is fix, we would never do that”. So here I am, from Colorado, no appointment, and they took outstanding care of me! If you are local to Performance HD, I can only imagine that they will take just as good of care of you, or even better! If I lived within 250 miles of these guys I would use them. Hell yes 5 stars!! I purchased a new 2023 Road Glide Limited from Performance Harley-Davidson and could not be happier with the experience. Mitch from the sales team was great in helping me to get all the answers I needed to make an informed decision, and the dealership was able to get the bike I wanted through a dealer trade. He also had great knowledge of the bike at delivery and was able to go over all of the details clearly. The general manager (I can't remember his name) answered all my questions very professionally. He was willing to go into great detail on some specifics concerning the end of year rebates and was patient while helping me work through how the numbers were all applied. Bob in finance was great to work with, answered all of my questions at delivery, and made sure I was completely comfortable with all financing options as they were presented. The entire process took just over a week to complete. Overall I had a very positive experience with Performance Harley-Davidson and would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Harley-Davidson motorcycle!

The beauty of the process was that I was able to work closely with the team to design and create the perfect bike. The mechanics were amazing at putting all the pieces together, and I had the chance to work with the Billy and Jeremy to ensure that every detail was perfect. I have to say, the experience was truly awesome. The enthusiasm and creativity of the team were contagious, and it really felt like they were invested in creating the perfect bike for me. The end result was even better than I expected. I couldn't be happier with how the bike turned out! In conclusion, if you're looking to create a truly unique and beautiful motorcycle, I highly recommend putting all your faith in the Laz and his team. They are true experts in their field, and they will work diligently to bring your vision to life. Trust me, the end result will be worth it!
